The Treasure an SCD Communal Dining Event
Our menus are uniquely produced from seasonal and organic products, primarily locally grown or caught and produced in California. Menus are based on seasonal and market availability and we will happily accommodate any allergies and food preferences. An SCD meal is an adventurous experience, prepared with exceptional talent and love. We want you to enjoy this unique treasure.
How the S.C.D. Works
The Sub Culture Dining Experience is a "Chefs Style" market menu. Meals will consist of 6 to 11 courses, widely varying from vegetarian to seafood, meat and poultry dishes. "Don't Fear your food, just eat what I give you" DC
Membership
The SCD is a private club, a Communal Dining experience developed at an assortment of unique, intimate environments. There is one important requirement for membership to the SCD: You must be known by the primaries or sponsored by a primary as an invited guest for consideration of membership and admission. All unknown guests are on a probation period until approved by the Dissident Chef.

MEMBERSHIP
You must qualify that you are clear on the principle of a communal dinner and donating for its creation.
Reservation Procedures (please read through and follow carefully, Failure to comply is not an option)
1. Check the Dates and Seatings Page for scheduled nights and seating opportunities to select your desired options.
2. Go to the Reservation Request Section and fill out the form with your party size, first preferred date and seating selection, and one alternative date and seating selection. Include in your email a contact phone number for final dining location instructions. This is Very Important!
*Note: party size and availability will vary based on location and preconfirmed reservations, you will have 2 hours to confirm your reservation or risk loosing your choice or options.
3. Once your date and seating choice has been authorized on our system we will send you a confirmation / donation email you will have the opportunity to secure your space with your Donation. Again, donations and confirmations must be completed within 2 hours of your request for your reservation to be finally secured.
4. A location confirmation call or EMAIL will be given within 8 hours of your seating time. You must include a number and Email address that you may be contacted at on your scheduled date, NO MESSAGES WILL BE LEFT, only live conversations in the case of phone calls... This is imperative... |
