Spend a Day in the Kitchen with the Dissident Chef


 Go behind the scenes and insanity of S.C.D. with DC. Learn what it takes to Shop, Prep (mize), logistize, and execute a 5 course "Chef's Tasting" for up to 16 of your luckiest friends...


 Early in the day, we'll take the lucky "Day Chef" out to our favorite vendors, pick the best of seasonal produce, meats, poultry and seafood the Bay Area has to offer... We'll then return to our test kitchen, sit down and create a menu based on our purchases, libation pairings and theme. The Dissident Chef and his crack team of kitchen "Rogues" will assist you in preparing the food, table and liabation pairings for you guests arrival. At service time, course by course, you'll do the final assembly of dishes with DC. Finishing each dish you'll be served by the "Rogues" and dine with your friends.
